Housam was painstakingly pointing out to us the places of interests.

‘Over there is the Valley of the Queens. If the wind permits, we will be able to see the Valley of the Kings.’

‘Right here is the tomb of…’ Housam continued. It was my fifth day in Egypt and my brain was already saturated and choked with names of kings, queens, gods and etc., some of which were very much a tongue twister to me. I took in a breath of fresh air and decided that I would concentrate on the magnificent views of Luxor city instead.
